After 15 years as an executive in the public industry, Tawanda founded iFOS® in 2009 with just one employee and a dream – to build “service integrity based upon faith principles,” and to provide customers with unparalleled resources, so they could succeed like never before. Six years later, iFOS has serviced over 150 government and commercial clients with multi-talented professionals that are second to none. Tawanda continues to guide iFOS by her founding principle: “We think the impossible. We are doers and not procrastinators, which means we do the right thing for our customers.”
After 38 years in senior management positions in the Federal Government, Kathy decided to join iFOS as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Kathy brings such a wealth of experience in areas such as financial management, systems, accounting operations, grants management, Project Management, and IT Portfolio Management. Kathy’s goal is to combine her wealth of knowledge and experience in these areas to deliver the best creativity to our clients. Kathy joined iFOS in 2014 to build “service integrity based upon faith principles,” and to provide customers with unparalleled resources, so they could succeed like never before.
Brian joined iFOS in September 2014 as a Project Manager. After graduating from Virginia Tech, he served in the Air Force prior to entering the private sector. He brings over 10 years of experience in operations and project management to our team, and strives to provide all of our customers- both internal and external- with the best possible service. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and traveling.
Dionne has been with iFOS since 2013 working as a General Clerk on the Patent & Trademark project. In December 2015, she was promoted to work at the Corporate Office as a Junior Accounting Analyst. Her clerical and accounting skills will assist in reorganizing, negotiating and handling all external vendor relationships and disbursements. Dionne’s goal is to coincide educational and work experience to positively contribute to the growth of the company.
Derrick has been with iFOS since its inception in 2009. He is the epitome of a jack of all trades. Derrick has served in various roles such as a receptionist, HR assistant, IT technician, public relations, sales and supervisor. However, he has now put up all these hats for one…IT Manager. Derrick brings over 10 years of IT experience to iFOS and looks forward to taking iFOS to a new level in technology!
