November 2016 – iFOS Awarded Multi-Year Travel Management Support Services Contract by National Credit Union Administration

November 2016 – Intelligent Fiscal Optimal Solutions® (iFOS) received a contract award under its General Services Administration (GSA) Professional Support Services (PSS) Schedule GS-23F-0102X to provide Travel Management Support Services for the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). The contract award is for a base period with five (5) option years.

Under the contract, iFOS will provide comprehensive travel program management services that include operational support and comprehensive customer services to the agency for employees who travel on official business. The contract covers basic services as complete administration, compliance monitoring and reporting of Temporary Duty (TDY) Travel and Relocation, Government Travel Charge Card Program, and eTravel Technical Assistance. Auxiliary services covered under the NCUA contract includes centralized help desk operations, training development and demonstrations, policy maintenance, consulting and auditing.
